I had ice storm damage on a slate roof and copper gutters. The workmen in this firm knew how to repair slate and copper, and did a good job. Communication with the firm was easy to do and the scheduling was reliable.
Mr Vandiver called to schedule an estimate the next day. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the repair that day. Excellent work and very professional. I highly recommend using this company for any roof repair needs. Affordable prices too.

Dylan Caruso and the entire team were great to work with. We had a small addition that needed repair involving adjoining slate and shingle and they completed the job exceeding my wife and my expectations. Craftsman were the lowest of 5 bids (2 never got back to us) here in the Lynchburg area. They were prompt in communicating, addressing concerns, and finished the job 2 weeks ahead of when I hoped. I would unequivocally recommend them to family, friends, or anyone in this area.
Sales rep was very personable and knowledgeable concerning the roofing business. He answered all of our questions and met all of our expectations. If there were any misunderstandings or shortages, the company took care of them without any expense to us. The roofers worked long hours to finish our roof in just two days. In addition, we had to add gutter guides and they did that in just one day. Considering our roof was huge we were impressed that the work did not take that long. Everyone was friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, etc. We would definitely recommend Craftsman Roofing.
Great crew. On time, on budget and very focused on getting the job done. We had some tricky skylights to deal with and the crew returned to complete the task when initial attempt did not work Easy to work with and good as what they do
